Business process automation · Built and run for you
Clock off. Stay open.
Your business closes at five. Your enquiries don't. Afterhours builds and runs the agents that answer, qualify, log and follow up every hour you are not there — so the 8:47pm enquiry is handled before you have finished dinner.

01 — The gap
You're open 45 hours. They're buying 168.
A week at your business
open
unattended
enquiry
0 enquiries landed while nobody was watching.
Two thirds of the week, nobody answers.
An enquiry that lands at 8:47pm on a Tuesday sits until Wednesday morning. By then the person has messaged two competitors and booked whoever replied first.
You are not losing that job on price, or on quality, or on reputation. You are losing it on elapsed time — the one variable in your business that costs nothing to fix and that nobody is watching.
123hours a week your enquiries arrive unattended
73%of the week your business is effectively shut
0of those hours currently have anyone on them
02 — The audit
Stop guessing. Count it.
Four numbers you already know. No email required to see the result — we only ask if you want the full breakdown.

Your assumptions, your numbers, plain multiplication. Nothing here is a claim about your business — it's a claim about your arithmetic.
03 — What we run
Two jobs, done every hour you're not there.
01
Never miss an enquiry
Every channel, answered in seconds, at any hour. Nothing waits for morning.
24/7 enquiry agent
Reads website and email enquiries, answers common questions from your knowledge base, collects the details you need and hands qualified enquiries to your team.
Missed-call recovery
Detects the missed call and sends an SMS within seconds asking what the caller needs, then opens the lead before they have finished dialling your competitor.
One inbox, every channel
Website form, email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp — all into a single workflow, each enquiry classified and routed on arrival.
02
Follow up until they answer
The money is in the second, fifth and ninth contact. Nobody in your business has time for the ninth.
Automated follow-up
Watches your CRM stages and sends the right follow-up when a lead goes quiet — at the interval you set, in your tone, without anyone remembering to.
Long-run nurture
Works out where a prospect sits in the buying process and runs personalised email and SMS over days or weeks until they are ready or they tell you to stop.
Past-customer reactivation
Identifies customers due for another service and opens the conversation again — the cheapest revenue in your business and the most consistently ignored.
04 — Everything else
And the rest of the busywork.
Same approach, same build process. Most businesses start with one and add the next once they trust it.
Lead qualification
Service needed, budget, urgency, location, size — categorised against your rules.
CRM data entry
Name, phone, email, company, enquiry type extracted and written straight into the record.
Lead prioritisation
Enquiry content plus CRM history, sorted into urgent, normal and nurture.
Customer support agent
Answers routine questions from your documentation and escalates the unusual ones.
Email triage and drafting
Categorises, summarises, finds the relevant information and drafts the reply.
Information gathering
Spots what's missing for a quote and asks the customer the specific questions needed.
Quote and proposal drafting
Pulls requirements, services and pricing into a draft for you to approve.
CRM maintenance
Finds incomplete, duplicated and inconsistent records and proposes the fix.
Document processing
PDFs, forms, applications and purchase orders read and turned into structured data.
Invoice processing
Supplier, amount, GST and due date extracted and sent to your accounting software.
Internal knowledge agent
Answers staff questions from your SOPs, policies and documents instead of you.
Daily business summary
New leads, hot opportunities, unanswered enquiries and overdue follow-ups, each morning.
Booking agent
Reads the request, checks availability and books or reschedules to your rules.
Lead enrichment
Researches a new company from public sources and adds the context to the CRM.
05 — How it works
We build it, then we run it.
You are not buying software to configure on a Sunday. You are buying a result that someone else maintains.
01
Audit
We map every place an enquiry enters your business and every place one currently dies. You get that map whether or not you go ahead.
02
Build
We configure the agents against your rules, your tone of voice, your services and your CRM. Nothing generic, nothing off a shelf.
03
Supervise
Two weeks where every response is reviewed before it sends. You see exactly what it would have said, and correct it, until you trust it.
04
Run
It runs. You get a summary each morning and a human to call when something changes in your business.
06 — What you're actually worried about
The honest answers.
Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds like whatever you train it on. We write the tone from your existing emails and your real answers, then you approve every template before it goes live. The supervised fortnight exists precisely so you never find out the hard way.
What happens when it doesn't know something?
It says it doesn't know, takes the details and escalates to a person. It is configured to hand over rather than guess — an agent that invents an answer costs you more than one that says "I'll have someone call you in the morning".
Does it work with my CRM?
If it has an API or a Zapier connection, yes. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, monday, Airtable and most trade-specific systems. If yours is a spreadsheet, that also works, and we should probably talk about that separately.
Am I replacing my admin person?
Most clients don't. They stop their admin person spending the first ninety minutes of every day retyping enquiries, and put them on the work that actually needed a human. If your plan is to cut headcount, say so early — it changes what we build.
How long until it's live?
A single agent, usually two to three weeks from audit to supervised launch. A full enquiry-to-CRM-to-follow-up chain, six to eight. The audit itself takes about a week.
What does it cost?
A build fee and a monthly run fee, scoped against what the audit finds. We quote against the number you just calculated — if the gap we can close is smaller than the fee, we will tell you and you should not buy this.
The enquiries are already arriving.
Right now, tonight, while this page is open. The only question is whether anything is there to catch them.
01
The audit is yours either way
We map every place an enquiry enters your business and every place one currently dies, then hand you that map. You keep it whether or not you go ahead.
02
We quote against your number
If the gap we can close is smaller than what we would charge to close it, we will say so and you should not buy this. That conversation happens before you pay anything.
03
Nothing sends until you trust it
Two supervised weeks where every response is held for review. You see exactly what it would have said to a real customer, and correct it, before a single message goes out.
